Zeno Dale Parsons "Z" died on Sunday, August 6, 2017, at 90 years of age. Zeno was born on January 30, 1927 in Hoxie, Arkansas, to John Milton Parsons and Rose Zetta Marshall Parsons. Z, as he was called, was the seventh son. He was a mechanic by trade and worked for several automobile operations, including L & J Auto Parts. He married Beatrice Eleanore "Bee" Radosevich on December 26, 1950 and they have shared 66+ years of love together. He is survived by his wife and four children: Bill (Ceci) Parsons, Lynn (Sam) Green, Shelly (Rick) Mayhew and Terry (Lisa) Parsons. They have 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. One grandchild, Keri Parsons (nee Leal) preceded him in death. Z had 11 siblings. They have all preceded him in death except for a sister, Rose Marie Parsons Ray. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Army (tank division) from 1950 to 1952. Z was one of those people who knew no strangers. He had a wide range of acquaintances and it seemed every time he went on vacation to a distant point, he ran into someone he knew. He enjoyed camping with the family and was renowned for his campsite doughnuts. Z and Bee were featured in a Living St. Louis TV show segment on gardens. Services: A memorial funeral service will be held (day & times later) at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1500 San Simeon Way, Fenton, MO (63026).
