Murphy, Walter Moreland, Jr., born Nov. 29, 1934, died May 13, 2009. Dear son of the late Rose Josephine Walsh (nee Murphy) of Festus, Mo., beloved husband of Adrienne Joyce (nee Deatherage) Murphy; Michael Alan Murphy, of St. Louis, Mo., Sharon Marie Murphy, of St. Louis, Mo., Linda Ann Oliver (nee Murphy) of Sullivan, Mo.; dear grandfather of Shaun Michael Murphy, Tiffany Rose Oliver, Kyle Evan Murphy, Jennifer Ann Muprhy, Kirk Patrick Gebel, Andrew James Murphy and Olivia Che Brown; dear brother of Rosemary Florence Boutwell of Swansboro, NC.; the late Ida Mae Brader, of El Paso, TX., Kathleen Ann Baker of Cloverdale, West Australia, and Joan Cecile Wader of Fresno, CA. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, nephew and dear friend. In fulfillment of Walter's wishes, his body has been donated to Washington University Medical School.
