Wagner; loving mother of Thomas Wagner, Peggy Lowe, and Joan Wagner; grandmother of Thomas Jr., Carrie, Alison, James, William III, and Lucy; great-grandmother of Meehan, Gavin, Finley, Ellie and Emmitt; dear sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin, and friend to all.
