Thomas F. DeClue of DeSoto, age 82 passed away on Thursday, February 06, 2014; beloved husband of Carol J. DeClue (nee Woodruff); dear father of Colby (Patricia) DeClue of DeSoto, Gary (Debbie) DeClue of Festus, Mark (the late Tina) DeClue of Desoto and Robin (Steve) Short of Farmington and the late Thomas 'Tommy' Michael DeClue. Dear grandfather of Steven (Tracie) DeClue of DeSoto, Diana (Brad) Martin of Arnold, Tonya (John) Spiker of DeSoto, Shannon (Andreas) Henschke of Bethesda, Maryland, Jacqueline (Josh) DeRousse of Valle Mines, Katheryn DeClue of Crystal City, Myranda Marshall of Bonne Terre, Jacob Marshall of Farmington, Martina DeClue of DeSoto and Stevi Short of Kansas City. Dear great-grandfather of 13. Son of the late Howard and Alta DeClue. Dear brother of Patricia (Joe) Bryant of DeSoto, Norma Northcutt of St. Louis, Shirley (the late Gary) Greer of Bonne Terre, Helen (the late James) Rayburn of Bonne Terre, Connie (Charles) Burns of Valle Mines and the late Mary O'Neil, Rockney (Loretta, survives) DeClue and Donald DeClue. He will be greatly missed by his best friends Hank Kenuam and Denny Conner. He has been reunited in heaven with his son Tommy and his best friend Jim Rayburn. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend. Tom was the owner of DeClue Excavating for 50 plus years. Services: Visitation Friday from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm then on Saturday from 9:00 am until time of the service 12:00 pm at the Free Will Baptist Church of DeSoto, 1401 S. 5th St. (63020). Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. The family is being served by JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS South County. February 7, 2014
