Terry Syron

Teresa "Terry" Syron, nee Kettler, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Saturday April 20, 2024, at the age of 73. Reunited with beloved husband of 50 years, the late James "Jim" Vincent Syron, and parents Charles and Dorothy, nee Losch, Kettler. Survived by cherished daughter Kristine (Kevin) Forbes; treasured granddaughters Kayla & Melanie Forbes and Lauren (Ryan) Hoyer; dear brother Charles "Chuck" (Julia) Kettler and Michael "Mike" (Debbie McCarty) Kettler; blessed family friends Debbie Murray, Jan Krumm, and their families; many other relatives and dear friends.

Terry worked as a paralegal for many years until her retirement from Armstrong Teasdale Law Firm. In her retirement, Terry was able to return one of her favorite hobbies, gardening. Terry was able to devote more of her time and attention to caring for her family, especially her granddaughters, whom she loved so much. Terry especially cherished making waffles for her granddaughters, a memory that they will hold dear to their hearts for years to come. Outside of family, Terry also enjoyed spending time and going on lunch dates with her dear friends. Terry touched many people throughout her life and will be missed by all who had the blessing of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Missouri Botanical Garden.

Terry's life will be celebrated Saturday May 4, 2024, at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 1420 Sappington Rd. St. Louis, MO 63126, with a visitation at 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Mass.
