Shpresa Marko

Shpresa Marko, age 79, passed away on Thursday, October 4th, 2018. She was born on March 21, 1939 in Korca, Albania and was the daughter of Vasil and Vangjeli Kristo. Beloved wife of the late Vangjel Marko for 39 years. She is survived by children Mirela Marko Ndoni, Athinela Marko Kroplin and Nasian Marko and grandchildren AngelinaNdoni, Enkela Ndoni and Maddison Kroplin. Dear sister to Evlimini Melo, Limiadha Leco and Sotiraq Kristo. Shpresa worked as a professor at the University of Tirane teaching Economic Planning and later as an editor for the Tirana publishing Center. She and her husband moved their family to America in 1997 with the intention to offer the best opportunities to their children and continued working untiredly in herlater years. Shpresa will be deeply missed and warmly remembered by her family, friends and loved ones. Sunday October 7, 2018
