Tongay, Sheila R. (nee Smith) entered into rest on Tuesday, September 01, 2015 at the age of 72. Dear mother of Christopher (Christine) and Cynthia; beloved grandmother of Jessica (Nicholas) Rike and Hannah; loving great-grandmother "G.G." of Jacob, Zachary, and Madison; sister of Robert and Clarence Smith; dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Sheila was a retired employee of the Saint Louis Police Department and avid quilter. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Missouri.
