Sally Wilson-Knight entered into her eternal rest on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the age of 74. She was the cherished daughter of the late James Edward Wilson and JoAn Frances Wilson (née Skelley). Beloved wife of Thomas Orville Knight, Sally was preceded in death by her siblings Nancy K. Wilson, Cathy Lynn Henry, and James S. Wilson. She is survived by her dear sisters Susan “Ann” (Orville) Finnigan and Mary Beth “Becky” (George) Latham. Sally was also preceded in death by her nephew Timothy (Erin) Finnigan and is survived by her nephew Darren (Lexi) Finnigan, along with many great nieces and nephews.

Sally married her high school sweetheart, and their hearts remained united for 57 beautiful years. Their love story spanned over three decades of marriage, a testament to their unwavering bond and deep affection for one another. Through life's many adventures and challenges, their hearts beat as one, creating a legacy of love that will forever be cherished.

She was a masterful hunter and fisherman, with a special passion for the art of fly fishing, finding peace and joy in nature's embrace. Sally's spirit soared on hiking trails, and she found profound fulfillment in hunting deer and turkey on her cherished Northern Missouri farm.

Her dedication to her career in human resources at Hardee's spanned over four decades, where she touched many lives with her kindness and commitment, culminating in a well-deserved retirement in 2016.

Above all, Sally's love for her sisters was boundless, holding their bond close to her heart and treasuring every shared moment with deep affection.
