"Red" Van Velkinburgh; beloved mother of Linda (Steve) Skinner and Chuck (Diane) Van Velkinburgh; dear grandmother of Jennifer (John) Weston, Scott (Krystle) Skinner, Jeff (Jennifer) Sigmon, Samantha and Sabrina Skinner, Heather King, Melissa and Amanda Van Velkinburgh; dear great-grandmother of Charlotte Sigmon, Zachary, Joshua and Zoe Weston and Allee and Klayton Skinner; dear sister of Florence Shelley and the late Pearl Ellis.Our dear sister-in-law, aunt and friend.
