Wachter. Roland E. asleep in Jesus on Monday January 22, 2018 at age 92. Beloved husband, best friend and companion to Dorothy Wachter (nee Kaufmann) for 66 years. Beloved father to Linda Wiesehan (Kevin) , David (June) Wachter, Diane (Steve) Monroe, Mary (Greg) Macrander, Mark (Jenny) Wachter and the late Philip Wachter; Grand father to Matt (Alex) and John (Emilee) Wiesehan, Louis , Tim and the late Daniel Wachter, Andrew Monroe, Katelin (Juan) Salazar, Nathan, Aaron Macrander and Ella Wachter; Great- grandfather of Ava, Lilly, Lila, Jacob, Sofia and Daniel. Our dear Brother, Uncle, Great uncle, Cousin and friend to many. Services: Visitation Sunday January 28, 2018 from 4 to 8 pm at JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS FUNERAL HOMES, 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd. (63129). Visitation Monday January 29. 2018 10:30 am until service time at 12 noon at Peace Lutheran Church, 737 Barracks View Rd. (63125); Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
