Robert “Bob” Michael Phelps, Sr. was born January 13, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri to the union of the late Forrest Edgar and Laverta Matilda (nee O’Brien) Phelps in St. Louis Missouri. Robert entered into rest peacefully on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at his residence, at the age of 66.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years Donna (nee Midkiff) Phelps, children; Tanya (Tom) Rossfeld, and Robert M. Phelps, Jr.; grandchildren Zachary, Jeremy, Kylie and Hannah; siblings David (Cathy) Phelps and Sue (Paul) Jarvis; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews cousins and many extended children.
Robert was always smiling, loved to talk and never met a stranger and enjoyed fishing. He is loved by many and will never be forgotten.
