On Sunday July 31, 2016 in his 87th year at Laclede Groves. Beloved husband of the late LaVerne MacDonald (nee Burnett); beloved father of Robyn (Karl) Kestler of Crestwood. Dear brother of Marjean Mayer of Dexter, MO and Bruce MacDonald of Williamsburg, VA. Our dear uncle, cousin and friend. Preceded in death by his parents, his brother John D. (Wilma) MacDonald and his sister Joyce (Joe) Weber. Bob was born April 28, 1929 to Robert S. & Aline Elam MacDonald. He was most proud of his Scottish heritage and that he grew up in Southeast Missouri, graduating from Dexter High School. He retired from Sears Roebuck & Company.
