Beloved father of Cynthia, Timothy, Susan, Daniel, Glennon "Mac" and Jill McMasters; dear grandfather of Christine and Jessica McMasters; dear step father of Brian (Melissa Price) and Steven Smith; dear step grandfather of Ashley, Luke and Gracie Smith. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle and friend of many. Richard was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. Services: Funeral 11:00 AM Friday at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons, 7027 Gravois Avenue, interment Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions to donor's choice are appreciated. Visitation Thursday, 2 - 9 PM
