Beloved husband of Rhonda (nee Wilkinson); step-father of Mike and Josh Rulo; grandfather of Keyra Rulo; son of Georgia A. (nee Abeln) and the late William J. Horne; brother of Linda (Wayne Jaeckle) Hurt, Mike Horne, Kevin Horne, and Laure Horne-Smith; dear uncle, nephew, cousin, neighbor, friend to many, and stranger to no one. Retired welder / foreman with Bellon Wrecking and Salvage Company. A craftsman of many creations, including the Demo Man sculpture. Memorial contributions may be made to the Missouri Department of Conservation. Services: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 23 from JOHN L.
