Ruby, Phyllis J. (nee Hesser) Passed away in St. Louis, MO, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at age 77. Beloved mother of Kelly Weaver. Loving grandmother of Ryan (Jennifer) Weaver. Dear great-grandmother of Kendra Weaver. Phyllis will be greatly missed by her sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was a member of Concord Trinity United Methodist Church. Services: Visitation Monday (3/3) at JOHN L.
