Remmler, Joseph E. Jr. "Joe" fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at age 91. Beloved husband of Betty Ann Risley. Dear step-father of Pamela (Tom) Parlow and Chuck (Tammy) Risley. Dear step-grandfather of Nicole (Cody) Rader, Jason (Tegan) Long, Ted Risley, Amanda (Matthew) Schmidt and Sarah Parlow. Dear step-great grandfather of five. Dear father of Richard Remmler and Scott Remmler. Joe had many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, one brother and his first wife. Joe was a sergeant in the U. S. Army and he loved sports and traveling. Services: Funeral Tuesday (9/1) 10:30 am from JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS (South County), 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd, (63129), to St. David Catholic Church (Arnold), for 11:00 am Mass. Interment J. B. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Assn. are appreciated. VISITATION MONDAY 4 - 9 PM. August 31, 2015
