Went Home to Be with Jesus on 26th of July 2022 at the age of 37.

Monica Leigh Carter had an infectious smile and laugh that brightened the lives of all those around her, despite her disabilities. She loved music and worship time at church. She loved people and she loved being held. She brought out the best in others. She taught her parents and many others to love deeper. In her great need she met the needs of others, bringing them to a better understanding of who they are, or who they want to be. In her many times of attack from the enemy God was always her keeper. Monica was a borrowed angel, a true blessing, and will be very greatly missed.

Monica was preceded in death by her mother Barbara (nee Allmon) Carter and nephew Jacob White.

She is survived by her father Barry Carter; sisters Shawn (Shawn) White, Brittany (Michael) Hutchings and Hannah (Benjamin) Wolf; nephews Caleb White, Nathan White, and Isaac White; nieces Hadley Hutchings and Emery Hutchings.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 10:00am until Celebration of Life at 11:00 am at Apostolic Pentecostal Church, 901 Barracksview Road, Saint Louis, MO 63125.  Graveside services will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2022 @ 1:00pm Gresham Cemetery.
