She loved: Jesus Red hair Singing Laughing Arguing Traveling Talking Eating pretzels, tootsie pops, long johns, and coffee with a "little something" added Watching Perry Mason and countless other detective shows Giving wet kisses while holding both your cheeks in her hands Walking Looking at the Mississippi River Gambling Riding the bus Cookbooks The bible and traditional songs of praise She was: A good friend and traveling companion. A person who could sit for hours looking at you like you were the most interesting person in the world. A patriot who would sing "God Bless America" with little or no prompting. The queen of chocolate chip cookies, Christmas cookies, and Pecan Sandie's She never forgot your birthday by calling and singing "Happy Birthday". Humble Knew how to make you laugh. A special part of most family Sunday breakfasts and dinners, celebrations, holidays. A cheerleader in every joy and challenge. Her heart was kind and cheerful to the end. We hold tight to the memories she gave us and look forward to the day we will see her again.
