Marlene Kay Treadway

Marlene Treadway, nee Albers, 80 years old, of Lemay Passed on Tuesday January 7, 2025, surrounded by family and friends. 

Marlene was a former Democratic Committee Woman of Lemay Township and had a career at Lafayette High School as a secretary and bookkeeper. She is survived by her husband Joe; daughters Lisa (Bob) McSpadden and Stacey (the late Rich) Nance; grandchildren Jake, Shae, and Kaylee; and sister Penney (the late Earl "Skip") Adams. 

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Lemay Retirement Lodge (9208 Niles Place St. Louis, MO 63123), American Diabetes Association, or American Cancer Society in Marlene's honor. 

Marlene's visitation will be held on Sunday January 12, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons South County Chapel 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd. St. Louis, MO 63129. Her funeral will take place the following morning, January 13, at 10:00 a.m., also at the funeral home. Interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery & Mausoleum following the funeral.
