Marilyn Worseck

May 30, 1928 — March 19, 2018

Worseck, Marilyn Lee (nee Hummert), of Affton, passed away peacefully at the age of 89. She was born in St. Louis, the only child of Leo and Edna Hummert. She graduated from Southwest High School and attended Fontbonne University. Marilyn and her husband Robert Worseck enjoyed travel, sailing, and baseball. She was a long time employee at Worth Stores, working both in the field and at the home office. Some of her other hobbies were golf and bridge. She adored and spoiled her dog, Lucky, but her biggest passion in life was the St. Louis Cardinals. She loved going to the ballpark, spring training, away games, and any Cardinal event. Lets hope there is baseball in heaven, or someone is going to hear about it! Marilyn was spunky and sassy and brought laughter to the world. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and will be fondly remembered by her close friends, Juan C. Ferrer, Anita Wilson, and both of their families.
