McDowell, Louise E. (nee Davy) fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Friday, July 19, 2013 at age 91. Beloved and devoted wife of the late Jack Lee McDowell. Dearest sister of the late Christine Sullivan and Evangeline Serio. Caring and loving step-mother and mother in law of Patrice and Alan Graham. Loving and proud grandmother of Martin and Whitney Graham. Dear great-grandmother of Corbyn Graham. Dearest aunt of the late Davy Lee (Edith) Sullivan, Charles (Josephine) Sullivan, Patricia (Joseph) Foster, Vangie (William) Smidt and Toni (Donald) Pittle. Louise was a cherished friend by all those who knew her. Services: Private interment was held at National Cemetery, J. B. Missouri.
