Linda Marie Strunk passed away peacefully at the age of 75; daughter of the late Russell Hamilton and the late Betty Hamilton nee Waeltz; cherished mother of Jason Strunk and Leslie (Jack) Hill; loving grandmother of Myka Hill, Jackson Hill and Grayson Hill; She also leaves behind her siblings Russell (Kathy) Hamilton, Frank (Kris) Hamilton, BJ (Dave) Toeniskoetter and Sherry Medley; Also her dedicated ex-husband Larry Strunk and many more relatives and friends.
Linda was a woman of many talents and passions, known for her vibrant spirit and generous heart.
Linda had a lifelong love for sewing and making quilts, creating beautiful pieces that brought warmth and comfort to many. Her hands were never idle, always busy with crafts that showcased her creativity and skill. She found joy in the great outdoors, whether it was hunting or gliding down snowy slopes on her skis.
Linda was a passionate equestrian who found immense joy and freedom in the company of horses, especially her horse Chief. Her love for these majestic animals was evident in every ride and every moment spent at the stables.
Beyond her equestrian pursuits, Linda was a dedicated and cherished member of the Sweet Adeline Chorus for many years. Her voice, a beautiful blend of harmony and strength, resonated not only in the chorus but also in the Sweet Adeline quartet, where she shared her love of music and camaraderie with her fellow singers. Linda was also a cherished member of the local theatre community, where she brought characters to life with her remarkable talent and enthusiasm. Her performances were a testament to her dedication and passion for the stage.
Above all, Linda cherished her family. She loved spending time with them, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Her family was her greatest joy, and she was theirs. Linda's legacy of love, creativity, and joy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
