Kathaleen Corbett

Kathaleen Corbett (nee Mathews) died peacefully at the age of 91 on the 20th of April. She is survived by her four daughters, Kathleen Hickman, Karen Corbett (Carroll Schlomer), Colleen Corbett (Jake Ronecker), and Maureen Corbett (Joe O'Connor) and her four granddaughters, Colleen Patricia Boylan, Julia Corbett Ronecker, Christine Corbett Schlomer, and Meara Corbett O'Connor, and her great-granddaughter, Zoe Corbett. She is also survived by her sister, Ethel Ann Wendell, of Arlington, Texas. Kathaleen was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, James J. Corbett. Kathaleen loved her family, music, Scrabble, birds, garage sales, and fun backyard games. She was a loving sister-in-law, aunt, neighbor and friend. The family extends its deep appreciation to Family Partners Home and the Visiting Nurses Association for their excellent care and support. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the James J. Corbett Art Scholarship Fund through Chaminade College Preparatory School (425 S. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63131).
