Julia A. Kelley

Julia Ann Kelley, nee Temares, entered into rest on January 10, 2025, at the age of 82. She was the devoted wife of the late Robert Kelley and a devoted mother to her cherished children, the late Patrick Kelley and Kimberley Frye, nee Kelley. Julia’s heart was further enriched by her role as a cherished grandmother to Danielle Frye and the late Caitlin Kelley, as well as a treasured great-grandmother to Charlie Thompson, Leslie Thompson, and Nash Frye.

Born in the summer of 1942 to the late John and the late Julia, nee Higgins,Temares. Julia was a beloved sister to Steve (the late Kay) Temares, Mary (the late John) Cothran, Nancy Cottner, the late Richard (the late Alberta) Temares, Gloria (Don) Stevens, and Susie (Steve) Schmitz. Her bonds extended beyond blood, as she embraced her roles as a devoted sister, aunt, great-aunt, cousin, and dear friend to many, leaving an indelible mark on their lives.

Family was the cornerstone of Julia's existence; she cherished every moment spent with her loved ones, especially during her joyous monthly luncheons shared with her cousins. Julia found delight not only in these gatherings but also in the thrill of visiting casinos and the peaceful pleasure of curling up with a good book.

Julia's warm spirit and unwavering love for her family will be cherished and remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of kindness and devotion will echo in the hearts of those she touched, forever celebrating the beautiful life she led.

Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 1:00 pm until services at 2:00 pm at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons South County Chapel, 4830 Lemay Ferry Road, Saint Louis, MO 63129.
