McEntire, Juanita L. (nee Garrison) Asleep in Jesus on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at the age of 88.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lawrence & Nancy “Melvinia” Garrison and son-in-law Fred Quitmeyer.
Juanita is survived by her loving husband Darrell McEntire for 69 years. Devoted mother of Diane McEntire Quitmeyer, Danny McEntire, Darlene (Jim) Henke and Darren (Tammy nee Rozgowski) McEntire. Amazing grandmother of Tim Quitmeyer, Cheri Quitmeyer, Suzanne Hamann, Taylor Hamann, Olivia Hamann, Sophia Quitmeyer, Brittany McEntire, Jaycee Causey, Avalee Craig, Daniel McEntire, Paul Wilson, Shaun Wilson, Emma Wallis, Noah Wallis, Elise Wilson, Jacqueline Henke, Kelsey Henke, Rebecca (Charles) Strickland, Augustus “Gus” Strickland, Gabriel Strickland, Lillian McEntire, Zachary Cooper & Levi Cooper.
Juanita LOVED her children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening. Juanita was a member with the Salvation Army Women’s League, the Masonic Eastern Star, Red Hat Society and the Citzen Police Academy.
SERVICES: Visitation will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021, from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm @ JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS SOUTH COUNTY, 4830 Lemay Ferry Road. Celebration of Life will be on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 @ JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS SOUTH COUNTY, 4830 Lemay Ferry Road. Entombment to follow services to Mount Hope Cemetery & Mausoleum. Memorial donations can be made to Salvation Army Citadel Corp, 824 Union Road, Saint Louis, MO 63123.
