Joseph M. Palazzolo

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph Matthew Palazzolo, cherished husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend on March 22, 2025 at the young age of 61. He was born on July 26, 1963 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Mary and Frank Palazzolo. He will be greatly missed by the many lives he touched.

Joe was a dedicated family man, a hard worker, an avid adventurer who remained resilient in the face of life’s challenges. He had a love for life and held a deep passion for living life to the absolute fullest, always embracing opportunities for fun and excitement. Though his time with us was sadly cut short by illness, his legacy of love, kindness, humor and laughter will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy, his children, Brittany and Rylan, his siblings, Karen, Pam and Tina, and many friends and extended family. He was preceded in death by his sassy daughter Lauren and his beloved parents Mary and Frank.

Family and friends are invited to gather and share memories of Joe’s life at a viewing on Sunday, March 30 at Ziegenhein Funeral Home South City from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. The Funeral mass will be held on Monday, March 31 at 10:00 AM at St. Simon the Apostle. Interment will follow at Saint Peter and Paul Cemetery.
