Joan Billing

Joan C. Billing, 90, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on March 28, 2023.

Daughter of the late Robert and Hilda Billing. Loving sister of the late Margo Villar, the late Robert Billing, and the late Rita Reider. "AJ" was also a loving aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Past National President of Delta Theta Chi. Dedicated member of St. Raphael the Archangel. Joan enjoyed a variety of activities and hobbies like skiing, traveling, dancing, quilting, playing games, and bowling, and still found time to love all 18 of her nieces and nephews.

Memorial mass to be held at St. Raphael the Archangel on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution made to the  Matthew & Michelle Kimsey Scholarship  would be appreciated.
