BOYCE-KRETSCHMAN, JANELLE (nee Gordon) on Friday, May 20, 2011. Beloved wife of Charles G. Kretschman and the late Bill M. Boyce; beloved mother of Joe G. (Jane Post) Boyce and Sheri (Wendell) Macejak; dear granny of one queen and four kings, Sarah, Adam, Joe, Ryan and Andy; dear sister of the late Ann Briggs and dear friend to many. Janelle was born on October 2, 1926 in Lauderdale, MS and raised in the oil fields of South Arkansas and East Texas. She attended Millsaps College in Jackson, MS where she was a member of Beta Sigma Omicron sorority. In 1944 she married her high school sweetheart, Bill Boyce. They were married for 45 years until his death in 1992. Janelle loved missions, music and the Mavericks. She devoted her life to God and ministering to women. She was blessed with the opportunity to live in Norway and travel extensively. In 2007, along came Charlie. They enjoyed 4 years of happiness together. The family expresses their sincere appreciation to Robin at Odyssey Hospice for her bestowed kindness and care. Funeral Tuesday 11:00AM at JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS South County 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd. Interment: Arlington Memorial Park, El Dorado, Arkansas In lieu of flowers, donations to South County Baptist Church or Odyssey Hospice would be appreciated. VISITATION: MONDAY 3-8PM May 23, 2011
