James Wycoff

James Daniel Wycoff Sr, 93, passed away, Thursday, January 12, 2023. Dear husband of the late Patricia Wycoff, nee Lubrandt, beloved father of; James D. Wycoff Jr., Timothy G. (Renee) Wycoff, and Daniel Wycoff, cherished grandfather of; Tracy Wycoff, Jamie Ledbetter, Robyn Wycoff, Zachary Wycoff, James D. Wycoff III, Logan Wycoff, April Brock, Destiny Sansaucie, and Brittany Evans, and brother of the late Tina Mullich. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

James was a veteran serving in the US Army. He was a member of the VFW as well as the American Legion. James enjoyed bowling, participating until he was 91, and playing golf. He won a car with a hole-in-one during a tournament. James was known as a hard worker, caring father, and had a witty sense of humor.

Memorials are appreciated to St. John Paul II Catholic Church or St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Visitation will be from 4-8 pm, Sunday, January 22, 2023, at John L. Ziegenhein and Sons City Chapel, 7027 Gravois Ave. St. Louis, MO 63116. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday, January 23, 2023, at John Paul II Catholic Church, 4980 Heege Rd. St. Louis, MO 63123. Interment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
