James “Jimmy” Michael Mulligan passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at the age of 49. Survived by his cherished daughter Erin Mulligan, devoted son Jaxon Mulligan, beloved significant other and partner, Morgan Griffin, and many dear aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by his loving parents James Martin and Mary Ann, nee Cunningham, Mulligan.
James was first and foremost a top-of-the-line father, who devoted his time to making sure his children understood how loved they truly were. He had a profound appreciation for music and played in several bands including 1918. He had a strong work ethic and respect for others and was a devout member of the Pipefitters Local 562. James was also an avid supporter of West Ham United. He possessed an adventurous spirit and enjoyed traveling the country with his buddies on their motorcycles. A true motorcycle enthusiast, he even built his own Chopper, a motorcycle classic. Some of his most cherished memories were riding his bike through the natural beauty of the Swiss Alps.
James’ family will miss him dearly and will cherish the lessons he taught them and the laughter he spread. The warmth of his spirit will live on in the hearts of the people he loved.
