Marx, Helen M. Passed peacefully in her sleep on Friday, June 4, 2010 after fighting a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Believing in God's love, mercy and forgiveness, Helen leaves her immediate family, parents Robert J. and Marianne C. (nee Foshage), siblings Michael (Pat), Matthew (Vicki), Mary, Christine (Barry) Stephens, Robert T. (Aimee) and her longtime dear friend, Judy Dirkers. She also leaves behind an uncle, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and her extended family Karen Lamb, Robby Dirkers, Tina Dischert and their families and many friends. Helen enjoyed her career as an educator, having taught at St. Joseph Croatia, St. Cecilia's and St. John the Baptist elementary schools and later having worked at Kenrick/Glennon Seminary, and finally at St. Louis College of Pharmacy, all through which she touched many lives. Helen and Judy would like to thank Helen's friends at STLCOP for their constant support during her illness, and the staff of BJC Hospice Care who assisted in caring for Helen in her final weeks, what very special angels they are. In fulfillment of Helen's wishes, her body has been donated to St. Louis University School of Medicine, Center for Anatomical Science and Education. Services: A Memorial Mass to celebrate Helen's life will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 8th at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4200 Delor St. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Louis Ovarian Cancer Awareness (SLOCA), P.
