Dressel, Helen Rose (nee Theiss) born March 25, 1920 & died October 1, 2018. Wife of the late John H.S. Dressel for 72 years. Survived by her daughter Dr. Mary Dressel and son J. Kenneth Dressel; Grandmother of Kristine Derringer & Beth Wootton; great-grandmother of Maxwell Wootton, Anna Derringer, Alexandra Wootton, John Derringer, Cole Derringer and Micah Wootton. Helen was a homemaker, party hostess, Scout leader, world traveler, golfer, painter, florist, Meals on Wheels driver, etc. Part of the Greatest Generation. Services: Funeral service Friday 11:00am at St. Lucas United Church of Christ (11735 Denny Road). Visitation Thursday at JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS FUNERAL HOMES - South County from 4pm to 7pm and Friday at church from 10am to 11am. Interment St. Lucas Cemetery. October 04, 2018
