Harry L. Lanfersieck – 93, of South St. Louis County was born July 14th, 1931 in St. Louis, MO passed away peacefully on Sunday October 13, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary C. Lanfersieck, parents Harry and Cecelia Lanfersieck, sister Violet Lohse and grandson John Reinhart.

Married to his beloved wife for 64 years, he enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.

After serving in the United States Air Force, Harry’s professional career was in sales with various consumer products companies. Upon retirement, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling and horse racing.

He is survived by his children Susan (Will) Knobeloch, Laura (Bill) Lister, Diane (John) Reinhart, Harry (Michele) Lanfersieck, Mark (Tammy) Lanfersieck, Lisa (Dave) Carr, Bob (Roxanne) Lanfersieck, 20 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9:00am to 10:15am followed by a short service on Monday, October 21st at John L. Ziegenhein Funeral Home in South County, followed by burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery – St. Louis, MO. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association
