Gregory F. Suda Entered into rest on Thursday June 13, 2024, one week after his 65th birthday. Devoted husband, dad, papa, brother, son, uncle and friend. Survived by wife Lisa, nee Ciolino, Suda of 22 years. Beloved father to four beautiful daughters; Ashley (Micheal) McCusker, Tiffany (Tom) Bruss, Brittany VonOehsen, and Lauren VonOehsen. His legacy will continue through his cherished grandchildren Lance Bruss, Bronagh McCusker, Maeve Bruss, and Niamh McCusker. Dear brother to sister the late Pam Pigg and the surviving Terri Dowling, Cindy Franz, and Mary Kellenberger. Only son of the late Delores, nee Lee, Suda and the late Frank Suda.
Greg is remembered as a loving and caring father and papa to his daughters and grandchildren. When Greg was not sharing his time, love, and wisdom with them, he could be found spending time with his beloved dogs, which were just like additional children to him. In his free time and quieter moments, Greg enjoyed spending time on the green of a golf course as an avid golfer.
In the realm of Greg, wisdom flowed effortlessly, putting Google and similar internet search engines to shame with his vast encyclopedic knowledge. His altruistic spirit knew no bounds, as he selflessly placed others' needs above his own repeatedly. This was especially seen during his three fruitful decades at True Manufacturing, where he exemplified diligence and dedication in all endeavors. But above all, Greg was devoted to his family, whom he loved dearly to his very last moment.
Greg will be greatly missed by all who had the blessing of knowing him, learning from him, and being helped and loved by him. In the coming days, his family and friends will be blessed with memories of him, especially when eating a Dairy Queen blizzard, Greg’s favorite simple pleasures of his fulfilling life.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Stray Rescue of St. Louis so that Greg’s love for animals, especially dogs, continues to be shared.
Greg’s visitation will be held on Wednesday June 19, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at John L. Ziegenehin & Sons South County Chapel 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd. St. Louis, MO 63129.
