George H. Russell Jr., 68, Fortified with the Sacraments of the Holy Mother Church, December 29, 2023. Dear husband of 47 years to Kimberly Russell, nee Jinkerson, son of the late George and the late Jean, nee Edwards, Russell Sr. beloved father of Kelley (Damion O’Connell) Krull and Jason (Cara) Russell, cherished grandfather of Kyan and Kayden Krull, bonus grandfather to Hailey, Jillian, and Landon O’Connell, and Saraphina, brother-in-law to Pam and Terry Guehne, uncle to the late T. J. Guehne and Candace (Brad Wisbrock) Guehne, and great uncle to Candan and Cali DeRousse. He is also survived by many dear friends.

George was a retired bottler from Anheuser-Busch and proud member of Teamsters Local 1187. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, especially Harley-Davidsons, loved boating, and spending time on the water. George was an avid fan of both the St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals. He enjoyed watching his son and later his grandchildren play hockey. George was a kind man who never met a stranger, had a heart of gold, and was willing to help anyone. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials are appreciated in lieu of flowers to the MS Foundation.
