George Franz

Entered into rest on Friday, October 20, 2017 at the age of 96. Beloved husband of the late Mary "Jean" Franz; brother of the late Charles (Bernice) Franz, Marion (Jim) Kaelin, and Irma (Lou) Beuer; dear uncle and friend to many. George was a member of the Ellisville Elks lodge #2664 for many years and a World War II Veteran. George pursued his passions of fishing, visiting casinos, playing cards, and gathering with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations to your charity of choice are appreciated. Services: Family and friends to gather at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS FUNERAL HOMES, 7027 Gravois Avenue (63116), until time of service, 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
