Mennel, Eugene C. "Gene" asleep in Jesus April 17, 2018. Loving husband of Kathie Mennel; dear dad of Chris (Michelle), Kevin & Robin (Catlyn) Mennel; beloved Papa of Jack & Casper; brother of John (Barb) Mennel; our uncle and friend. Gene was a US Air Force Vietnam veteran and a General Motors retiree. SERVICE: Funeral service 10:00am Tuesday at Faith Lutheran Church (6101 Telegraph Road). VISITATION 3pm to 7pm MONDAY at JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS FUNERAL HOMES - South County (4830 Lemay Ferry Road) and Tuesday at church from 9am until service time. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. If desired, donations to St. Trinity Lutheran Food Pantry or Extreme Faith. April 23, 2018, Monday
