Fred Morris

August 3, 1938 — June 10, 2013

Morris, Fred H. passed away on Monday, June 10, 2013. He was the beloved father of Denise, Bruce, and Shelley; Grandfather of Jason, Amber, Evan, and Cooper; Great-Grandfather of Jacob, Brooke, and Jason Jr.; brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend. After Fred got out of the Marine Corps, he devoted his career to the Iron Workers Local 396 from September 1962 until he retired October 1996. He worked on many prominent St. Louis structures including the Gateway Arch. Services: Visitation Thursday 3-9 pm at JOHN L. ZIEHENHEIN & SONS South County, 4830 Lemay Ferry Road (63129). Funeral will be at Friday at 11:00 am with interment at Shepherd Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations may be sent to: S.R. Burzynski, M.D., PhD. 9432 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77055. Dr. Burzynski has had success with many adults and children suffering with Glioblastoma, and donations will help in research and clinical trials. June 13, 2013
