Frank Kropiunik

Kropiunik, Frank J. Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Friday, July 10, 2015, at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Helen "Sis" (nee Schneider); dear father of Kathy (Dr. Donald) Binz, Cindy Kling, Debbie (John) Hill, and Frank C. Kropiunik; loving grandfather of Dr. Nikki (Jason) Waller and David (Dr. Elizabeth) Binz, Katie Kling, and Maddie Hill; great-grandfather of Charlie, Brady, and Davis. Frank was born in Graz, Austria and immigrated to the U.S. through Ellis Island. He was a graduate of Washington University with a degree in electrical engineering and a retiree of McDonnell Douglas, where he worked on the Gemini Space Program and the Tomahawk and Cruise Missile Programs. Above all, his favorite job in life was being a great dad and proud grandpa. Services: Family and friends will gather Tuesday at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral Mass, 11:00 a.m. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
