Eugene P. Buescher was born on October 24, 1942, in St. Louis, MO. He was the only child born to Eugene and Arline Buescher. Beloved Husband to Constance (nee Piskorski) Father of two, Victoria Buescher and Eugene Buescher (Bethany Field). Loving Grandfather to Gavin and Camden Buescher. Gene grew up in Crestwood Missouri. In his early years, Gene would spend his summers with his friends at the Crestwood Pool. Being that he was an only child, he was close to his cousins and would hang out with them as though they were his siblings. Gene graduated from Lindbergh High School in 1960 and then attended Culver Stockton College and graduated with a Business Degree in 1964. He then served in the Air Force. He met the love of his life at a dance one evening and later they married in October of 1967. Gene and his wife Connie just recently celebrated 51 years of marriage. Gene was devoted to his family and was a wonderful provider. During his career he owned and operated a jewelry store. He later then changed careers and became a financial advisor After he retired, he kept himself busy and worked for Enterprise moving cars around the metropolitan area. Gene enjoyed history and playing trivia with his family and friends. He loved to drive and enjoyed taking weekend trips and traveling with his family. He loved the mountains and would often stop the car to admire them. He also enjoyed going to the beach on the weekends with his family and friends with the boats he had owned. During his spare time, he joined the Masons and eventually became Master (1987-1988). He also would help coach his children in their sporting activities. Each spring he would plant flowers in the back yard and tend to all the plants around the house. He enjoyed watching football and playing golf with his friends. Those who knew Gene best would say he was laid back and was quiet. He had a sense of humor and would often tease for his own enjoyment. He especially enjoyed eating out at fine dining. He was exceptionally proud of his children's accomplishments and proud of his grandsons and grand dogs.
