Beloved father of Peggy (Joseph Sr.) Rotarius, Ernest "Tom" Winkelmann, James (Patricia) Winkelmann, Michael Winkelmann, M.D., Catherine (Fernando) Happa MSN-R.N., Dede Raskas and Paul (Julie) Winkelmann. Loving grandfather of Paige and Joe Rotarius Jr., Jimmy Jr., Claire and Gracie Winkelmann, Joe and George Happa, Jasmine, Ralph and Natalie Raskas, and John Paul Winkelmann. Dear brother of Dorothy (Frank) Homa and the late Mary Ruth Winkelmann. Dear uncle of Frank (Jane) Homa, Jr., Mari (Joe) Robben, Carolyn (Al) De Greeff and Jeanne (Bill) Fulhorst. Dear great-uncle, cousin and friend to many. Special thanks to the Riverview Home and Kindred Hospice for their loving care. Bud was a graduate of St. Boniface Grade School, St. Louis U. High School and the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. He was a registered pharmacist in the St. Louis area for over 50 years following in the family's tradition.
