Eric Sullentrup

We are sad to announce that Eric M. Sullentrup has passed away on Monday September 21, 2020. He was 62 years old. He was born in St Louis MO on August 6, 1958 to Mr. and Mrs Harold and Jeannine(nee Harris) Sullentrup.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Anna Sullentrup and his parents Harold and Jeannine Sullentrup.

Eric is survived by his son  Alexander Sirochenko and his 6 siblings. Lynn Schaefer, Janice Sullentrup, Joan Failla, Steve Sullentrup, Matthew Sullentrup, and Laurie White. Also many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Eric worked 27 years at Hawthorne's Children's Psychiatric Hospital. He enjoyed working with the children with the knowledge he was helping and guiding them into a better life. He relished the times he was able to work with the children.

He was an avid sports collector of Baseball, Hockey, and Football. He thoroughly loved meeting several sports legends and collecting signatures, pictures, and memorabilia.

In recent years he was just beginning to develop a passion for gardening and working on getting his green thumb.

We have all lost a kind, gentle, devoted, and caring family man. You will be missed by many, but loved by more than you thought.

We love you and look forward to the day we will be re-united.
