Elizabeth Tighe

Tighe, Elizabeth "Betty" M. (nee O'Leary) Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at the age of 92. Her strong will to live, unwavering faith in God, and the love and prayers of family and friends were her greatest support. Beloved wife of the late James J. Tighe; loving mother of Theresa, Jim (Maggie), and Pat (Amy); grandmother of Jim III (Laurie), Chris (Leah), Ryan, Joe, Ian, and Marc; great-grandmother of James IV and Finley; sister of the late Eileen Scannell; dear aunt, cousin, and friend. Dear daughter of the late Patrick and Winifred O'Leary. She was our, "Wild Irish Rose." Masses or memorials to the Central Institute for the Deaf; James S. McDonnell USO at St. Louis Lambert International Airport; or NAMI/St. Louis Gateway to Mental Health Recovery are appreciated. Services: Leaving JOHN L.
