Survived by wife, Kathy (Tepe), dear father of Yvonne, Tim, Darren (Melissa), Amy (John) Lange, and Molly (Tim). Adored Paw Paw of Andrew, Nicole, Ryan, Connor, Carson, Caroline and Charlotte. And his loving dog Diamond. Son of the late Miriam Deachan and brother of the late JoAnn (the late Gene) Ahrens. Son-in-law of the late Henry and Barbara Tepe. Uncle and Godfather of Becky Thompson and Blake Ahrens. Brother-in-law of Barbara Joan (the late Bob) Moore, Henry (Rose) Tepe, and Robert Tepe. Uncle of 5 nieces and nephews and dear cousin. Former father-in-law of Eric Nienkamp. Lifelong friend of Rich "Tiger" Mueth. Dear friend of Charlie Stiebel, Kenny Heck, Mike Christanell, the late Joe Gaterman and many other friends and neighbors. Also his friends from Quality Reprographics, and brother members of Heat & Frost Insulators. Devoted parishioner and head usher at 4:30PM Mass at St. Raphael the Archangel. Long time member of the Eucharistic Adoration at St. Gabriel the Archangel. Proud lifelong resident of the City of St. Louis. Graduate of St. Agatha, class of 1952. Former soccer, baseball, and softball player. Avid sports fan especially of the Cardinals and his idol Stan the Man. Lifelong 'Bud Man'. Proud 58-year member of Heat & Frost Insulators Local #1. If desired, contributions may be made to St. Raphael the Archangel or Masses. Services: Funeral Thursday 9:30AM from JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS, 7027 Gravois Ave., to St. Raphael the Archangel Church for 10:00 AM Mass. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery. VISITATION WED. 3 to 9 PM. January 15, 2014
