Dolores Doherty

"Dolores L. Doherty" (nee Brinkam), 91, asleep in Christ Sunday March, 24, 2019 peacefully at her residence surrounded by family. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Earl R. Doherty, three sisters, one brother, and her parents. She is survived by three children, Earl, Linda, and Jim, seven grandchildren, Laurie, Sarah, William, Cory, Kevin, Alison, and Carrie, seven great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends Claudia and Leo, Bob and Judy, and Elaine. Dolores was a dedicated military wife and full time homemaker. She enjoyed shopping, interior decorating and having lunch and margaritas at Meg O'Malleys with her dear friend, Claudia. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 30th, from 9:30 am until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 am at Peace Lutheran Church (737 Barracksview Rd., St. Louis, Missouri 63125). Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery and Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dolores' name may be made to Lutheran Church Missouri Synod or Shriner's Hospital for Children.
