Dennis Krieg

Died December 16, 2017 at age 72. Survived by his wife Cheryl (nee Pinotti); father of Heather Krieg and the late Holly Krieg; son of the late Erwin & Erma (nee Busch) Krieg; brother of Erwin Krieg, Jr.; brother-in-law of Christopher L. Pinotti; dear godfather of Carson & Courtney Critz of California. Dennis was a member of IBEW Local 1 and worked as an electrician for 10 years. He then worked at Bank of America as V.P. of Physical Security for 25 years. After retirement he drove a school bus for children with disabilities and that was his favorite job. He volunteered for 20 years coaching girls' fast-pitch softball. He helped raise money for the Footprints Program at Cardinal Glennon Hospital. He enjoyed fishing with his brother, father, family and friends. Last year, he and Carson were able to fish together which was a dream for both of them for several years. He also was a board member of the Krieg Gianino Foundation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Krieg Gianino Foundation benefiting the Footprints Program at Cardinal Glennon Hospital.
