Denise Lynn Easton, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at the age of 63. Denise was preceded in death by her parents James and Barbara A., nee Werges, Easton. She is survived by her son Christopher (Katherine Guittar-Jones) Jones, brothers Daniel (Vicki) Easton, Dennis (Phyllis) Easton, David (Maureen) Easton, Donald Easton, dear friends Amy Navo and Eisa Hope, and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

She had a legacy of compassion, reflected in her career as a special education teacher at Cedar Springs Elementary and House Springs Elementary schools in the Northwest R-1 School District. Denise found joy in cooking, baking, traveling, and had enjoyed a recent trip to Ireland. Her devotion to her family shone through in everything she did, and her legacy of compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Denise's visitation will be held on Thursday June 20, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons South City Chapel 7027 Gravois Ave. St. Louis, MO 63116. Her funeral Mass will be held the following morning, June 21, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, with a visitation at church held one hour prior to Mass.
