Cleon Akridge

Akridge, Cleon entered into rest on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at age 78. Beloved wife for 49+ years to Janice E. Akridge (nee Cooper). Beloved father of Jason (Jina) Akridge, Travis (Kathleen) Akridge and Joel (Nikki) Akridge. Loving grandfather of Jace, Lauren, Cambelle, Sydney, Christian, Cooper, Anna, and Maggie Grace Akridge. Dear brother of Joe (Judy) Akridge of Rolla, MO. and the late Wendell, Kay, Bill, J.M. and Emma Lou. Dear brother-in-law of Jerry (Grace) Cooper, Joyce (Marvin) Dobnikar and the late Fay (Bryan) Kemp. Dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. Cleon was a 50+ year member of Tower Grove Baptist Church where he was a Deacon, Music Director and Sunday School Director. As a music lover, he sang at many weddings and funerals. He loved to hunt, fish, play golf and spend time with family. Cleon retired after 32+ years at Willert Home Products Company.
