Imhof, Charles F. Passed away peacefully at the age of 93 on Tuesday, November 17, 2015. Beloved husband of 58 years to Agnes Berdina (Dee) Carrigan of Westville,Nova Scotia. Loving father of Cora Lee, Cindy, Charlie, Eric, Kirk and Carl Imhof. Poppy Chuck to Casey Hardin, Kelly, Danny and Eric Eggers, Nicole, Jennifer, and Charlie Imhof, and Cora, and Kai Imhof. Beloved son of Cora Girouard and Charles Imhof of Bridgewater, MA and younger brother to Lorraine Imhof, Barbara Cobbett, Sophia Uncapher, Rosmond Brunner. He was a Merchant Marine and Coast Guard veteran during World War II and the Korean War. He loved and adored his family, with special interest in old dogs, horses, country music, western movies, the Boston Red Sox and Chicago Cubs. He played minor league ball on the east coast and Canada at an early age. Charles was head coach of the "76 Patriots" baseball team where he instilled in his players competitiveness, resiliency, and humility. He lived a selfless life dedicated to his bride and family, had a strong work ethic, a sense of humor and a quiet demeanor. Charles was stoic and loved by many. Services: Family and friends will gather for a time of sharing, visitation and viewing on Friday evening from 5PM - 9PM at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons, St. Louis, MO (63116); Funeral services are Saturday at 9:30 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church located at 2300 Church Rd, Arnold, MO (63010) followed by a procession to his final resting place in the St. Louis Archdiocese Resurrection Cemetery located at 6901 MacKenzie Rd, St. Louis, MO (63123).
