(nee House), on Sunday, May 31, 2015; loving mother of Kimberly (Michael) Faulstich and Tina (Dennis) Byrd; dear grandmother of Joshua and Natalie Faulstich, Justin (April) and Jacob Byrd; dear great-grandmother of Lola Byrd; dear sister of William (Martha) House, Barbara (Robert) Kramer, Mary (Ronald) Massey and Shirley (Dale) Schroeder; our dear aunt, cousin and friend. Carolyn was a member of Journey Church and a long time employee of St. Mary's Hospital. Services: Funeral Thursday, 10:00 am at JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS South County 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America. VISITATION WEDNESDAY 3-9 PM. June 3, 2015
